Been using this for a few weeks now, and the smooth gliding resistance surprised me—it actually feels solid during lat pulldowns. Great way to add serious upper body work into my home routine without taking up floor space.

Wasn't sure a home pulley could feel this sturdy, but the range of upper and lower body exercises I can do with it genuinely surprised me. Setup took maybe twenty minutes and now it's the first thing I reach for on arm day.

The cable glides so smooth through the pulley that lat pulldowns feel almost like the gym machine I used to use. I've been doing upper and lower body stuff with it four days a week and it hasn't slipped once.
