Ellie O. ★★★★★

Wasn't sure a replacement pulley would feel this solid, but it fit my machine perfectly and the wheel spins smooth and quiet. Straightforward part, no wobble, and it's holding up fine after a few weeks of daily use.

Claire B. ★★★★★

The pulley snapped into place just like the original—no wobble, no fuss. Saved me from buying a whole new machine for such a simple fix.

Ella O. ★★★★★

Wasn’t totally sure the pulley alone would fix my machine, but it fit perfectly and the stair climber is smooth again. It’s the genuine replacement part, so no guesswork—just remember it doesn’t include the belt if you need that too.
