The toe cages keep my feet locked in place on the pedals, which makes my rides feel way more stable, especially during sprints. Installation was straightforward on my Echelon, and everything clicked in securely. Glad I grabbed these instead of swapping out the whole pedal system.

Wasn't sure toe cages would make much difference on a spin bike, but my feet finally stay put during sprints now. They clip in fine with my SPD shoes too, so I can switch between the two depending on the ride. Only heads up is they shipped separately from the rest of my order.

Swapping to these took maybe five minutes and the toe cages actually keep my sneakers from sliding around during sprints. The SPD side clips in solid too, so I can switch between my cycling shoes and regular gym shoes depending on the ride.
