Finally got my adjustable handlebars dialed in perfectly, and the RPM display keeps me honest about my pace. It's a serious workout that really targets my glutes and legs.

The adjustable handlebars make a huge difference for me since I'm short and normal stair climbers always felt awkward to grip. I also like watching the RPM display to pace myself instead of just guessing how hard I'm going. Twenty minutes on this thing and my legs are cooked in the best way.

I've been using the 32 resistance levels to slowly build up my stamina, and I can actually feel my legs getting stronger each week. The adjustable handlebars are a nice touch too since I can switch between gripping them for balance and letting go for a more intense workout.
